How do I update or cancel my recurring donation?
To change your donation amount, update your payment method, or cancel a recurring ACH or credit card donation, please complete our secure Recurring Donation Support Form.
Can I convert a one-time donation to a recurring donation?
No. Recurring donations must be selected when the donation is made. To start a recurring gift, please make a new recurring donation.
What payment methods can I use online?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ACH payments.
Can I give by ACH if I do not use online banking?
Yes. Please complete our secure Recurring Donation Support Form to set up ACH giving.
Why give by ACH instead of credit card?
ACH gifts usually have lower processing fees than credit card gifts. Credit card fees are higher, especially for American Express. Either way, your full intended donation will support the ministry you choose.
How will I receive my year-end giving statement?
Year-end giving statements are typically emailed in mid-January, unless you have previously requested paper statements.
Can I access my donation history online?
Not currently. To request a current year-to-date donation report, please email donations@jems.org.
Can I give directly to a missionary or campus minister?
Yes, but direct gifts are not tax-deductible through JEMS. To receive a tax-deductible receipt, please give through JEMS.
