Hinata Kawasaki

Hi I’m Hinata, and I am currently in my third year of college and am part of AACF at UCLA! I first heard about Japan summer missions in my first year of college and since then, I’ve always had a desire to be a part of this ministry. I am very grateful that God has opened the door for me to go this year, and I hope you can be encouraged by the ways He continues to work.

From July 29 through late August, my team and I will be serving primarily in Toyohashi, Aichi, Japan. We will be partnering with a local church to serve the Brazilian-Japanese community and support the ongoing ministry. Having grown up in a Japanese church and frequently visiting family in Japan, I’ve become increasingly aware of how spiritually unreached the country is. I am looking forward to this opportunity to not only witness but be a part of the work God is doing in Japan.

My goal is to raise $3,800 by May 1st. This will go towards airfare, travel expenses, and ministry material. If you feel led, I would love to invite you to prayerfully consider partnering with me financially or through prayer.
