Applicants must possess an evangelical faith, a growing relationship with Christ, attitude and skills to work in a team setting and understand the responsibilities given as avenues of ministry for the Lord. For all positions, training and support raising assistance provided.
JEMS Japan Missions Director
Serves as administrator of the Japan Missions ministries; responsible for the recruitment, training, and care of short-term and long-term Japan missionaries; researches potential Japan mission partnerships; develops and maintains mission policies.
Minimum Requirements: a) Completion of an Evangelical Theological Seminary and two years of combined experience in the mission field or mission organization; OR b) graduate of a four-year college and four years combined experience in the mission field and mission organization. Candidate with bilingual language and a status of “Permanent Residency” is preferred. Fund raising will be required after initial start up funding.
