Main-Family Camp (Includes Career and Nichigo) Bus Registration
Bus Registration Form -Mail this form with payment to JEMS Office, 948 East 2nd Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012. Main-Family Camp Bus Registration forms “until the bus is full.”

JEMS Mount Hermon Main/Career/Nichigo Camp T-shirt/vest  may be ordered through the Mount Hermon site at the time of registration or at https://4dvi.myshopify.com/collections/mount-hermon.

Youth camps may order their camp shirt/vest on line AFTER they receive registration confirmation and on or before (date)  at  https://4dvi.myshopify.com/collections/mount-hermon

Main/Career/Nichigo Camp – Periodic Payments
Periodic payments toward the registration fee can be made for the Main/Family/Nichigo Camp registration fee. The final payment shall be made on or before (date) one month before the first day of the camp.

Youth and Special Camps

Youth Camp Registration Confirmations and Wait List Notifications have been sent to the parent’s email address on Mid March, 2017. Conferees receiving registration confirmations may order their camp t-shirts/hoodie and submit their bus registration form with payment. See instructions below.

Should you not receive your “confirmation or wait list notification” by (date), please check your “spam/junk mail” before contacting mlisan.jems@gmail.com.

JEMS Bus Registration Form
After the youth or Family Camp camper receives their camp registration confirmation, the bus registration form and a separate check payment should be mailed and postmarked on or before (date).  (date), a late fee of $25 will be added. There is no refund beginning June 10th. Bus Registrtion Form and Payment should be mailed to “JEMS, 948 East 2nd Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012. Attention: MH Conference

JEMS Mount Hermon Youth Camp Shirt/Vest – The 2018  designs will be posted by March 1, 2018.
The Youth Camp guests may order online their t-shirt/vest through this site after they receive their registration confirmation: https://4dvi.myshopify.com/collections/mount-hermon.   The last day to place an order is Friday, (date).

There will be a limited supply of the camp t’s and sizes at the MH Main Camp Bookstore.

Reminder: Families may see/visit the cabins on check-in day. No visitors will be allowed at cabins on visitation day.

S C H O L A R S H I P S
Applications will be accepted for those who did not receive a scholarship in 2015 and 2016. Complete the two forms below and mail to JEMS on or before April 4. The acceptance of applications may close before April 4th should the designated funds be exhausted. In recent years, the applications have increased 300%. The only deadline exception will be the youth camp cabin leaders which are not finalized until late Spring.

Completion of the above two forms are required for all Mount Hermon scholorships.

In order to continue providing scholarships to those who are truly in need of financial assistance, we are asking applicants to first complete the Scholarship Application and the Family Financial Statement and to ask your pastor (church) if they may also provide some financial assistance. Your church’s letter of participation should be attached to your application.

The suggested participation: Camper-40% (includes Family Camp deposit $300); church – 30%; JEMS – 30%
